Copeland, a New American Cuisine restaurant, located in The Westin Governor Morris hotel, welcomes hotel guests and our area neighbors to join us for an upscale culinary experience.  Renowned for our succulent seafood and extensive wine list, Copeland is open daily from 6:30 am through 10:00 pm for breakfast, an express lunch or a steak dinner, and its experienced staff is led by award-winning Executive Chef Thomas Ciszak.  Our Sunday Brunch buffet includes breakfast favorites and sensational entrees with a champagne beverage.
